Even a capable student stalls without interview practice, a reviewed CV and an introduction. Ability and employment are not the same problem, and only one of them is usually taught.

Techcadd began with a simple observation: the gap between what students were taught and what employers actually hired for was widening every year. Two decades on, that gap is the whole of the work — every syllabus here is rebuilt around how the job is really done, with copilots, automation and real deadlines.
The result is a training institute where students leave with a portfolio and a placement record rather than a certificate alone — across six centres in Punjab, and more than five thousand students trained.
