Who we are
Empowering Skills. Enabling Careers.
Building the Future.
Founded by Mr. Gourav Gupta, Techcadd began as a small training centre with one stubborn idea: development matters more than certificates. Software gets built by people who have written it, broken it and fixed it — so that is how the teaching is arranged.
Those classrooms have since grown into a full campus in Phagwara covering artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, cloud, full-stack development and the design and drafting stacks that engineering streams depend on.
What has not changed is the arc every learner follows: understand the fundamentals, build something real with them, then walk into interviews with work you can defend line by line.

How we teach
A skill-building ecosystem.
A course here is not a playlist. Training, practice, mentoring and career support are arranged as one system, so progress in any one of them pushes the others forward.
Students work on real assignments, projects, industrial training and internship-oriented learning experiences that help them understand how technology is applied in real-world environments.
Structured training
Concepts taught in sequence, each earning its place before the next arrives.
01Supervised practice
Lab hours with a mentor in the room while you get it wrong the first time.
02Real project work
Applications built end to end, versioned, reviewed and deployed.
03Career preparation
Resume reviews, mock interviews and placement support until you sign.

Our outlook
Preparing learners for a changing digital world
Technology is evolving quickly. Artificial intelligence, automation, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data and software development are changing the way businesses operate — and the way they hire.
Skills that were optional five years ago are now the entry requirement. Training has to move at the same speed, or it teaches people to be late.
“The objective is not simply to teach a technology, but to develop the ability to understand problems, build solutions, use technology effectively, and keep upgrading one’s skills.”
Who we teach
Learning for every stage of the career journey
The same campus serves a first-year student and a nine-year professional. What changes is the entry point, the pace, and where the track is pointed.
01 School & College Students
Start early with programming fundamentals and a first working project, long before final year makes it urgent.
02 Graduates & Job Seekers
Convert a degree into a hireable skill set, with interview preparation attached to the training rather than sold after it.
03 Engineering & IT Students
Industrial training, six-week and six-month programmes, internship letters and the project work universities ask for.
04 Working Professionals
Evening and weekend batches for people upgrading a stack while holding a full-time job.
05 Career Switchers
A structured route into technology from a non-technical background, starting from genuine zero.
06 Entrepreneurs & Freelancers
The practical skills to build, market and run your own digital work without hiring it all out.
From learning to practical experience
Learn → Practice → Build → Grow
- 01
Learn
Concepts taught from fundamentals, in a sequence built for people who have not seen them before.
- 02
Practice
Daily lab work on real tools, with a mentor close enough to catch the habits that turn into bugs.
- 03
Build
Live projects and case studies that hold together end to end and survive being questioned.
- 04
Grow
Portfolio, interview practice and placement support, then the habit of upgrading long after the batch ends.
