You start with the Revit environment, levels and grids, and the discipline of modelling with real building elements — walls, floors, roofs, stairs and openings — rather than lines that look like them. Families follow, because the ability to build and edit a family is what separates a Revit user from a Revit modeller. The second half covers what BIM is actually for: views, sheets and construction documentation generated from the model, schedules and quantity take-offs that update themselves, and coordination across architectural, structural and MEP models with clash awareness. Every module ends in model work a trainer reviews, and you finish with a modelled building and its documentation set.

Course Curriculum

The syllabus is arranged so every module produces an asset rather than a set of notes. You will cover month 1 — bim fundamentals & building elements, month 2 — families, views & documentation, month 3 — schedules, coordination & project, and finish with a live project built on Autodesk Revit, Revit families, Schedules & take-offs. Modules run in the order a real project runs: foundations first, then the core skills, then applied work under supervision, then the portfolio and interview preparation that turn all of it into an offer letter.
